Contract With Winchester Framing
When registering at Winchester Framing, you must provide accurate information. You must be at least 18 years of age and be legally able to enter contracts for good and services.
Once an order is placed with Winchester Framing, we will send an email confirming the details and receipt of you order. The details of this confirmation email must be checked by you in order to make sure they are correct and a copy should be printed and saved. The confirmation email is an acceptance by Winchester Framing of your offer to buy goods from us and this is regardless of whether or not a confirmation email is received by you.

Tax & Duties
All charges are subject to VAT on all goods and services and will be payable at time of purchase. Any purchase that requires delivery outside of Europe may be subject to additional charges and duties, the cost of which will be borne by you. Winchester Framing do not accept any responsibility for such charges or taxes.

Trade Descriptions Act
Winchester Framing try to ensure that all specifications, pictures and descriptions of the products, goods and services are accurate. However, please note that the reproduction of colour of our products may vary from how they appear on screen. Please also note that all dimensions are an approximation.

Designs and images on the Winchester Framing website are the property of Winchester Framing or their respective copyright owners. Please note that all intellectual property rights, copyrights and trademarks relating to Winchester Framing are vested in Winchester Framing. It is not permitted to use, modify, distribute, replicate or reproduce any part of, or any of the designs and images on the Winchester Framing website.

Limitation of Liability
Winchester Framing (including any of its principals, servants and agents), shall not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of any act or omission the cause of which is outside its control. This includes but is not exclusive to the use of this website, loss of data, income or profit or such other losses.

In any event, Winchester Framing shall only be liable for losses up to the cost of the purchased product(s). Winchester Framing reserve the right to change information, descriptions and specifications of listed products, goods and services.

Changes to this Agreement
From time to time Winchester Framing reserve the right to change without prior notice the terms of this agreement. Any changes to this agreement will take effect from the day it is submitted onto the site.
We also reserve the right to change pricing and availability information without notice.
Should any materials used in the production of our frames or service be unavailable at the time of ordering, we will contact the customer and offer an alternative material of equal quality and similar in style. Therefore some designs and styles may vary slightly from those shown on the Winchester Framing site.

Processing of Orders
Winchester Framing aim to post your completed order within the specified timescale shown on the website. However, your order may be delayed if the ordered item is not in stock.

Winchester Framing reserve the right to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide an explanation.

Where an original painting is commissioned, we will charge the agreed deposit at the time of confirmation of your order. Your deposit is understood to be non-returnable unless Winchester Framing is in default.

Pricing
The price you, the buyer, pay is the price displayed on the website at the time we receive your order. However, whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Prices do not include postage and packing, which will be charged as an additional cost on all orders

Payment
When ordering from Winchester Framing, you will be asked to enter a debit, credit or charge card details. You must ensure that funds are available to cover all costs relating to your purchase and that you are the authorised cardholder. All orders must be prepaid in full before processing.

Your order will be processed once payment has been authorised. Should you wish to pay by cheque, (drawn on a major UK bank), please make cheques payable to: Winchester Framing and send a printed copy of your order to:

All prices include VAT. Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Limited Editions
Clearly, as the name implies, limited edition prints are of a limited number. In the event that there are no further prints available within limited edition, we will immediately notify you when you will be given the opportunity to either choose another print from our superb selection or obtain a full refund.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and note that all goods are inspected before posting. In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged product, you should notify Winchester Framing within 2 days of receipt of purchase by email to Returns@winchesterframing.co.uk or in writing by post to

Faulty and damaged products will be replaced free of charge and Winchester Framing will reimburse your returns postal costs. The return postal cost of faulty items returned outside of our 7 day return policy (but within the manufacturers warranty period) is paid by the customer.

Cancellations Policy
In the unlikely event of you wanting to cancel your order with us, it should be done so within 5 days of first making your order. This should be done by email to Cancellations@winchesterframing.co.uk or in writing by post to

If you wish to cancel your purchased item within the 5 days of making your order, but you have already received your purchase then this needs to be returned to:

It should be returned undamaged in appropriate packaging to ensure its safe arrival at Winchester Framing. All returns are inspected on arrival and we regret that refunds cannot be issued if the goods are found to be damaged. We will refund the total amount paid for the goods (including VAT), less the original delivery charges (or collection charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned cancelled product.
If you wish to return unwanted goods we strongly advise you to send your package by registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit when returning.

Delivery
Our products tend to be delivered between 8am and 5pm on a working day. We therefore ask customers to give a delivery address that will be occupied. In this case, it is sometimes far easier to give a work address for delivery.
